I know how you feel.

When you need a lawyer, you don’t have time to waste searching for one. Because you’re busy. You have numerous people demanding your time and attention; you have a looming deadline at work, dinner needs made, kids need shuffled to practice, the gym is calling, and your spouse would like some quality time. The list never ends.

I completely understand; it’s why I am here to help.

Like you, I’ve Needed Legal Assistance

When I bought my first home, I was a busy criminal prosecutor, engaged to the man of my dreams, and in the possession of very little time to pay attention to the details. I needed someone to breakdown the process for me, to tell me about the particulars of my contract with my real estate agent, explain the details of my loan package to me, and help my fiancé and I decide how we should take title to our home so that our interests were protected because we weren’t married yet.

Like you, I am a Business Owner

Although the practice of law is a profession, it is also a business. As such, I am a business owner like you.  I know the stress you are under. I know the legacy you wish to build. I know the fears that keep you up at night. I know the many hats you wear.  I know the joy your business brings you and I know the dreams you long to bring to life.

Like you, I have a Family

I am the youngest of two daughters, my parents are still happily married in a small, rural town in Northern Pennsylvania that I love to visit, and my older sister is an exceptional elementary teacher.  In 2014, I met the man who would become my husband in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and we’ve since made our home here in Happy Valley.

On our free time, we continue to renovate our 1860s farm house; keeping its original charm and modernizing the rest. Our pups are spoiled with long walks, snuggles, and the occasional soft ice-cream treat. When we aren’t spoiling them, we are out in the garden, reading books, spending time with our nieces and nephews, and checking off places to visit on our travel wish-list.

Like you, I live my Why

I became a lawyer to help people, to solve problems, and to make burdens easier to bear. Each of us deserves dependable legal guidance; advice we can count on when we don’t have the time, energy or expertise to figure it out on our own.  Representation that is not only zealous, but holistic.

That is why I built my law practice around the lifelong needs of my clients; their need to own real estate, their need to operate a business, and their need to carefully plan and administer estates.

During each representation, my clients meet with me personally and we discuss at length the various factors involved in their legal matter.  Through our work together, my clients gain valuable information and insight into their legal matters so that they make empowered decisions as they move forward with their legal matters.

I look forward to knowing you,

Lindsay
